HELP!!! i need to learn to how to do a split by 7/25/08 what do i do??

i am going to tryout for cheerleding and i need to know how to do a split in all the way possible! wat kind of stretches can i do

  1. ok i had the same problem but now i can do them!!

    this is what you do ....take a hot hot hot bath so that your bones are easier to strech then right and i mean right after you get out streach right away!!!

    you will see improvment everytime you do it!!

  2. Well to do the splits you have got to :

    1. Do warm ups ; try to touch your toes without bending your legs while standing up. After you have done that do the same thing but while you are sitting down on a hard surface (the floor). Once you have done that just start jogging on the spot but with your knees as high as they possibly can.

    2. Once you have done that then go as low as you can go but really slowly to help DO NO WEAR SOCKS and watch T.V. because that will distract you and then the pain will go away more easily. If it is hurting too much don't give up because you can rip one of your muscles that way so just massage the bottom part of you legs that will soothe the pain down.

    Do the exact same thing every day and before the 25th of July you will be doing any of the splits extremely easily. And I mean any of the splits, side splits or the middle splits.

  3. Which one middle or left or right leg?  I helped my friend and she made it cause she had amazing splits and hurkeys and such.  Email me and I can name some off for you.

  4. Put your foot up on some books or somthing, and hold it for as long as you can, and wear socks if your doing them at home, you go down way easier!!

  5. it may hurt but not for long try having someone push u down
