HELP i think i have a problemm?

i dont know y but ive been eating really less noww

im disgusted by alot of things now

and im worried bout myselff

i know i should be eating more

buh i cant take it in

my stomache hurts when i eat alot

and i just dont really know what to do :P

  1. if you're eating too many carbs that can make your stomach hurt or you could have a gluten free sympton thingy. It's when you feel really sick when you eat certain types of foods with flour in it. If it's only been going on for a couple days your fine, but if it goes on for more than a week i would talk to your doctor. in the mean time eat foods that are light such as fruit(fruit has fiber and helps your digestive system) for breakfast eat a light cereal i really like yogurt burst cheerios they have just what you need for breakfast. Sometimes i get digusted by my favorite foods too, so don't worry about it if it's just started. hope this helps!


  2. You should try asking your doctor, he might test you and see if something is wrong with your stomach. Just wait for some more days and see if it still hurts, if it does, you should ask your doctor or maybe try to eat slowly. :D

Well, Himmy, are you going through some upheaval in your life?  Are you worried or stressed out?  Things like that can affect your appetite.  The great thing is you recognize you MAY have a problem.  Why not simply try to eat simply?  :)  By that I mean very basic items such as oatmeal for breakfast or even a slice of toast; for other meals or throughout the day try some soup or clear broth for lunch, plain yogurt, maybe an apple or banana, a plain boneless/skinless chicken breast for dinner, just simple food that won't send your digestive tract into a tail spin.  Pudding, plain white rice, some jello, maybe.
