HELP! i think i like my friend's guy....?

theres this guy i cant get off my mind...i think i like him but refuse to admit that i do because hes involved with a friend of mine. (altho her best friend told me she doesnt think it'll last too much longer) here;s a few questions i need answered.

1- if they break up how long would be 'proper' for me to wait if something were to happen between us?

2- how can i stop thinking about him until then?

3- will my friend hate me if something happens b/t me and him months after they break up?

Please help! i cant get this guy off my mind....hes so...amazing....

oh and just to let everyone know im NOT trying to steal him, i am not rooting for them to break up. im actually trying to avoid stealing him...

IF YOU REALY DONT CARE FOR YOUR FRIEND THEN GO AHEAD BECAUSE YOUR FRIEND WILL PROBABLY HATE YOU FOR IT AND ARE YOU EVEN SURE HE LIKES YOU BACK?
