HELP i took 2 Centrum multi-vitamin pills by accident ?

if your on an empty stomache then yea ull proobly throw up. but oher than that you will not die from it. youll probobly just throw up once, go eat something

Not to worry...No harm will come from this.  Just be more careful.  Buy yourself a "daily pill container."  That way you will be sure if you took your pill [s] or not.  = )

The excess water soluble vitamins like Vitamin B & C, will pass in your urine. The fat soluble vitamins like, A, D, E, & K will be stored in the liver or converted to hormones, nothing to worry about, you need to overdose for months/years to have any negative effect from Fat-soluble vitamins, at the concetrations in multivitamin pills.
