  1. No, it's not a serious problem, it's just an odd habit you've developed. I used to stand with my knees bent backwards, but now when I catch myself doing that I correct myself. All you have to do is get into the habit of walking normally when you catch yourself on your tiptoes.

  2. try walking on yer heels...it will level out lolz

  3. Have you consulted your doctor regarding this?  The human foot is not made to walk on tip-toe for extended periods, although some people with cerebral palsy have this condition.  There are also some neurological conditions that can influence this type of gate.  If this is under your control-you say your started this at five years, then maybe it is a serious habit, but you may have shortened some of your ankle and leg muscles after such a long time.  In this case, you made need physical therapy to help stretch and strengthen these muscles. I still feel that you need to talk with your physician regarding this.

  4. I would check it out with your physician.  You aren't supposed to walk on your toes.

  5. i'm around your age and i tend to walk on my tip-toes a lot on accident. sometimes i'll walk like that for a long time and not even relize it till way later. my friends catch me walking on my tip-toes a lot and they think it's so weird that i dont even know it. i've never had a problem with feet cracking though. it's just nice to know i'm not the only one that does that.
