HELP - it won't let me scroll through the list of recorded programs on my TV?

i can open up my "recorded list" but once it's open, thats it. i can't scroll up or down at all. i can only open it and exit from it. is there anything i can do to fix this? it's not my remote, and i'm not sure if it's my TV or my digital box.

  1. UNPLUG your AC power cord from your digital box for 5 minutes....then plug it back in.

    Then wait a couple minutes for your digital box to reboot...

    You will be watching those pre-recorded shows in no time.
