HELP! math question i need answered by tonight!?

Okay i have a homework assignment due tmrw even though its the first day but i need to know how you would solve x to the 3/2 (x^3/2), i can't remember how that's done. if you could tell me that would be great! thanks so much

    x^(3/2) is just x^(3/2)

  3. multiple 3 times 2 then 9 to the 2 power!!

  4. You can do it two ways.

    Cube x and then take the square root, or take the square root of x and cube it.

    Both will yield the exact same answer.

    Example:

    4^(3/2) = (sqrt(4)^3) = 2^3 = 8

    4^(3/2) = sqrt(4^3) = sqrt(64) = 8

  5. What are you solving for ?  x^ (3/2) can't be solved
