  1. If this is a standard size keyboard, you might have another Enter key next to the number pad at the side. Try that one. If not, just let the keyboard dry upside down for a while.

  2. let it dry. I have spilled an entire glass of soda on my keyboard. I then let hot water run over it for a couple of minutes. Let it drain for a day(open) then put the screws back in and i am using it right now. This happened months ago.

  3. I would turn the keyboard upside down and gently tap on the bottom of it and then use a blow dryer and put some hot air on it for a few minutes.

If you have a can of compressed air, you can blow air onto it.  There are other electrical type cleaner sprays you can use too, and even some WD40 that a lot of guys have around.

Just leaving the keyboard outside in the sun for a few hours might help.

Lastly, you might want to consider buying a second keyboard and mouse for a backup plan.  If you visit eBay, or even your local computer store, you will find some very affordable keyboards.

    Good Luck!
