  1. Depressing and creepy:  "Seven"

  2. try other pills like pamprin,,midol

  3. We had two kids by age 20...and everything got worse till they got a little older and could do some things for themselves.  That's a lot of responsibility for you, loss of sleep, lack of energy, demands on your time and resources.  You are only human.  Superwoman only exists in men's dreams.

Those types of pressures on a very young woman would make anyone depressed and angry.  PMS and hormonal shifts are only part of your problem.

I believe you may be clinically depressed and need a little help from your family doc.  There's no need to be in misery when you can get relief just by telling your doctor what's going on!  This is an everyday situation for many young mothers.

You are overwhelmed meeting everyone's needs but your own.  Get the depression treated.  Take a nap during the day when the kids are down.  Get some vitamins.  Search for a few minutes several times a day when you can just get off your feet and think quiet thoughts.

Tell your significant other, that if he's man enough to father two children, then he needs to help you have more time for yourself during these tough times of the month.  (Has he ever taken care of the children and let you get out to a movie with your friends?)

Next time he throws his food on the floor, scoop it up and feed it to him in a day or two.  Just mix it with some other stuff and call it stew!  Then don't look up, or you will snicker for sure!

  4. Try talking to a therapist.  Being grumpy is one thing but that is too much

  5. You are in control of your actions. Have the presence of mind to watch your mouth and not blame it on PMS. Yes, you can help it.

Tell people you're grouchy today and stay away from everyone if you have to.

There is NO excuse to treat people like that cuz you're in a pizzy mood.

  6. This is way out of anyone's hand.. try seeking professional help.. you'll know where to go from there
