  1. Give him some benedryl right now! watch his breathing and if his tongue starts to swell or he has trouble breathing call 911. This can be fatal if he is allergic to be stings.

  2. he should put baking soda+water=paste on his arm

  3. Listen to Rhonda and Midnight, he may be allergic and if he is it could be fatal if it's not dealt with right away.

  4. If you have an allergy to bees or wasps you will go into anaphalactic shock within a very short time. It happens so fast sometimes it's mistaken for a heart attack. If he was allergic, you'd have known by now. Baking soda, dampened and put on the wound will draw the poison out.I'm concerned about the bleeding. Maybe the bug nicked a blood vessel or something. I think it's a good thing that he pulled as much of the poison out. Moth

  5. Go straight to a pharmacist who will give him some medication for the sting, if it is really serious, see a doctor.

  6. Tell and adult or call and abulance so he can be taken to the hospital!

  7. May sound silly, but this works:  chew up a little bit of tobacco, like from a cigarette, just enough to make it wet and sloppy.  Put it directly on the sting area.  It will relieve the pain and itch within a few minutes.  Nicotine has a natural agent in it that soothes and removes toxins.  It's good for spider and other bug bites too.
