HELP .... my friend is going to kill herself .... i don't know what to do ???

i started talking to her online last year .... i just have her email ... not her mother's or an adult that can help ..... she is in the other side of the world

she is just 15 !!!! what can i say to make her feel better

i'm sorry to hear that your friend is down this much, unfortunately there might not be alot you can do from where you are, but read through some sites and try understand where / how she really feels!!

your not alone, being there as a friend is a great thing, and sending her things to cheer her up would be a good thing too!!

Let her know that you have appreciated all of her emails and messages and dont think that it is fair that she would consider taking her life, as you and the other people that she emails, would really miss her, not to mention her parents and family.

Let her know that she needs to talk with her parents about how she is feeling so that she can go and see a doctor.

usually people who say they will kill themselves, dont really do it eventually.  so dont stress. the best thing you can do is tell her that you love her and Love talking to her and that you think she is a very special person a very unique friend and that you dont want to lose her. tell her you will try to save money and come and see her someday.

also that nothing in the world is more precious than life itself.

you need to calm her down. tell her how sad you'd be if she did this. tell her how much you care about her. remind her of everything she'd miss out on.tell her you love her! (as a friend) if she's using a knife talk her through putting the knife down. if its a gun, do the same thing. but if its a frying pan make sure she backs up, gets aholt  of herself and then turns off the stove. I bet she feels like she's got nothing to hold on to. and I know your not there, but just give her something to hold on to.
