HELP!!!! my sis deleted all my songs on limewire!!?

and they are not in the shared file and not in the recycle bin!?

how do i get them back, i heard something about recovering your memory or something or backing your computer up to an earlier date. if i do that will i get my songs back?

i also dont know how to back the memory up so help!!

That won't get your songs back. Only if you backed them up to a CD before.
