Is navy bootcamp the same amount of time as the marines?

Can my husband keep a keychain/dogtag with pics of his family his pocket while in bootcamp?

When he graduates bootcamp, how long will we (his mother and I) have to spend with him?

Can he make ANY phone calls?

How do I contact him if there is an emergency?

If anybody can help, I appreciate it.
