Depends on where you are,,,local acquariums will have programs.  Local Department of Environment Protection will also be a good resource.

Activities might include cleaning up a local beach or park area, followed by pizza.  You can also get involved with the National Arbor Society or local Co-operative Exchange or 4H Club to plant trees in a local park.  Volunteering in a National Park for the purpose of preservation - for example cleaning of debris, clearing paths of downed trees...

find a fun state park. the conservation club i was in during school went to one called McCormick's Creek. it was so much fun!
