HELP now what?

Last LMP 6-28-08 avergae cycle is 30 day.... i have had what i thought was implantation bleeding (it was exactly like it) i have a full feeling in my stomach and more headaches and sleepiness,then normal. I took a first responce home pregnancy test today 7-29-08 at like 7pm test was neg. urine seemed light in color like it was dyluted. It has been 32 days since LMP. and i have no pms symptoms. what do i do now? retest? say i'm not pregnant? please help

retest with first morning urine.  Storing it up overnight concentrates the hormones.

yeah I recommend re-testing with first morning urine, you were probably too diluted.  I would give it another couple of days though.
