  1. Are you refering to the achy feeling after the adjustments? If so, a couple of Aleve or IBU should do the trick until you adjust. Sorry, don't know of anything natural to help with that.  


  2. It will go away after a few days, try eating some ice cream or something really cold.

  3. welli had braces before for 3 years but then got them off and put back on again 2 months later cuz i have to get jaw surgery but what i do is eat a lot of ice cream cuz it numbs my mouth ;]

  4. You could numb the pain with Orajel.

    You can buy it at grocery stores, drug stores etc.

  6. I use Tylenol it works really well and I hope you feel better i hate when my wire are changed it hurts but you can also try persuading your mom or dad to take you out for ice cream or milkshakes because it will relieve the pain : ) it worked a couple times but then they caught on

  7. i lived through it but if u really need it use some tyenol fast pain relief  

  8. eat lots of really soft cold stuff that you don't really have to chew if they hurt.  the cold makes them kinda numb and it won't hurt as bad.

  9. oh ya i get the same problem. Get some cacker sore cream and put it on the area on the gum thats sore
