HELP planning a 21st birthday.... ANY IDEAS?

Okay so I’m helping plan a friend’s 21st birthday and I need some help!

We have picked a theme that suites her perfectly: A Pink Princess Style Party

Do you have any suggestions on Drinks (cocktails & shots)?

A good place to take her in the Houston area?

These people are country so preferably a country style bar/club?

This is just the beginning of our planning so EVERY cute idea is helpful!

Just please make sure its stays within the theme.

I'm not sure what you have for a budget but my mom just recently went on a "party bus" in Boston for her friends b-day party and they had a blast, its not only fun on the bus, but it brought them around to the clubs and bars and provided food and beverages on the bus: here is a link to that so you can check it out.

Well you lost me on the Country part but I was thinking, heading out to maybe eat first at Cafe Adobe like around 6:00 pm to eat and drink a couple of margaritas then head over to Dave and Busters to waste more time till about 10 playing games and drinking a few more drinks, then about 10:30 pm head over to Drink Houston to dance the night away or just sit back and drink some more!  Drink Houston doesn't have a Country bar but the Karaoke room is always entertaining along w/the 80's and hip hop room.  Just a thought.  One drive, one stop shop kind of place....Marq E Entertainment Center.
