Guesstures is a game that 12 year olds play very well.  They pull cards at random and act out the word.  It's a lot of fun and they can play for hours.  But you have to go to the store to buy it.  I hope your party is good!!!

Try to think back to what you liked to do at her age.  It's hard to say because you know her better than I do.  But things I liked at that age were doing "make overs" on each other. It doesn't have to involve make up just doing each others hair or painting each others nails were fun.  Sundae's are also a fun treat.  You can let them create their own.  Have the "ingredients" lying out and let them put it how they like it. Board games are also really fun.  Just don't try to structure it too much.  They'll find something to do.  They are friends after all, and friends always have fun.
