  1. System restore wont help with a virus / malware.

If you have no anti-virus, download, install, update, and run Avira Free from here: http://www.free-av.com/en/products/index...

    Do the same with this:

    Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

    http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Disable system restore until your system is clean, then re-enable it.

Run your scans from safe mode. Tap F8 during boot, to get there.

  2. If your anti-virus program cannot get rid of it, then you need something more powerful. It sounds like a very invasive and aggressive virus, so you may need to take it to a computer tech to get rid of it. This may involve re-formatting, but if you don't have all your files already backed up to an outside source, I wouldn't recommend trying it now---you may also do a back-up of the virus.

  3. Really if i was you, just re-boot your computer. It's the best way, and I've dealt with the same problem that you're having. The computer that I have right now is a DELL 2003, and it's been attacked by viruses. So I suggest that you just reboot your computer, best easy way. And download some good Anti-Virus from filehippo.com best site ever!
