HELP!!!?????!!?? pllllzzzz?

Question

ok, i found out today whos class im in and im in a split class or 7 and 8s(in im gr 8). my only best friend is in another class and i want to change it to her class, and i have a problem with a person in the class im in (bully problems). wat r some ways i can tell the ppl to get me to change my class into my best friends class and i want to switch because a split class usally means less attention for one grade.

You would have to speak to whomever arranges the classes, whether it's the teaching staff, the principal or the school board.  I think they would be willing to switch you with another student if you explain to them that you have been bullied by someone in your present class, and that you feel a split class would be less beneficial for you, as far as learning.   I wouldn't mention being with your friend as a reason, because they probably won't take that seriously, or regard it as a legitimate reason for switching you to the other class.

Just ask your counselor if you can switch your class and explain to him/her why you wanna switch (leave out the friend part) to avoid conflicts with your education and if he/she refuses that a violation of student safety rights because the law states and I quote "Every person/child has the right to an equal problem-free education."
