how can I add weight to my calves with out getting fatter?!!

  1. Do hard sprints, jog long distance, ride bikes, any activity that will make your legs sore =] any ways even though you Willl gain lots of muscles your legs will become stronger. They might i warn you get toned, but and you will gain weight but healthy weight(muscle has more weight then fat) But it just doesnt look as gross!


  2. EAT MORE PROTEIN&amp; WORK OUT!!!!

  3. Go jogging or running. Do more toning exercises. Try gymnastics.

  4. do toe lifts. stand with your feet shoulder length apart and lift the heel of your foot off the ground, till your standing on the ball of your foot and your toes. slowly lower yourself down. do repetitions of ten or twenty. for a harder workout, you can try it on just one leg, or slow down/speed up.

    also, wearing high heels alot will add weight to your calves.

  5. do squats, walk up and down stairs, jog

  6. run

  7. excersizing them. muscle will help out the weight and they will get a bit bigger. you wont gain fatty weight just muscle.

  8. Take calcium products, milk is the best in this regard. Keep on exercises along anyway.
