HELP!! there are these gross looking bugs in my kitchen, i found about 9 of them ?

i dont know what they are. they are probably as big as a super fat ant, they look like a worm and like a naked rolly polly cuz it looks like they have the shell of a rolly polly just its like thir inside is on the outside. they look really squishy they are probably half a centimeter long and the way they move is by rolling their whole entire body in quick little movements. does anybody know what they might be? do you have a link of what you think im takling about so i know if youre on the same page as me?? they are grossing me out, like if i stepped on one i just might throw up
