HELP! there is a speck of eyeliner on my contact lenses! how??? should i throw them away?

i was removing my contacts with my make up on, and while doing that, i blinked and there is a speck of eyeliner mark on it. i cant remove it although i rub it with solution.

is there a way to remove the eyeliner dot and can i still continue to wear the lenses? will there be a problem?
