from your stomach. and helps esp when your on your period....

i forgot the name i THINK it starts with a D.

if anyone knows what im talking about....is it safe to use?

  1. there are medications called diuretics to remove excess water from your body but these must be prescribed by your doctor and i am sure your dr won't give them to you for period bloating.  they are for Blood pressure regulation, heart failure and other more serious problems
