HELP w/ Sandisk 4GB MicroSDHC Memory Card with SD...

Question

I just recieved a Sandisk 4GB MicroSDHC Memory Card with SD Adapter. It works just fine in my phone, but when i put it in the SD adapter and insert it my computer to get the information i need, it doesn't see it. I was first thinking it was a problem with my computer but then i tried it in my camera and my TomTom and it still didn't read it. What should i do??
