HELP..what do i have to do first with pink dye???

ok yesterday i went to buy Blond Brilliance (hair lighting kit) and 'N Tense pink,(permanent) at Sally and well the thing im confused on is what do i have to do first, b/c on the Pink kit, it says "no pre-bleaching" to jus mix and apply on hair, but i heard that i need to bleach it first and then apply the pink on so it could be a brighter color, but i just dont know.. wat should i do im trying to do it like this but brighter pink..

BLEACH.

that's what i had to do to get my blue tips PERFECT.

If the pink kit you bought says no pre-bleaching, then it probably has a bleach activator in it, meaning its an all-in-one. I dye my hair about every 6 weeks, and I have gone pink tons of times. If it says no pre-bleaching, don't. It will only fry your hair and make it brittle and gross looking. I would follow just the directions on the pink kit.
