im 5 8in and have upper and lower strength

  1. Ideal weight depends on HEIGHT and build only, not age.  For 5'8", you should be anywhere from 130 to 160 depending on your build.


  2. Anywhere between 125 Lbs - 164 Lbs is ideal for a normal person. These numbers are not very meaningful for a professional bodybuilder however as it assumes average fat ratios not lean muscles.
