HELP what kind of weed is this??

What kind of a weed is this http://flickr.com/photos/carrierox4ever13/2808457585/sizes/o/ ?? Is it poisonous to humans or pets if eaten?? We live in MI and it was pulled out my garden this morning. The reason I was wondering because we were outside and my cat was either eating it (as soon as I saw her I took it away from her) or smelling it I couldn't tell which. Could it harm her if she did eat it?? Please help!!

Hi, I can't quite pin down the identification for you but I'm sure it isn't a poisonous plant; the families it reminds me of are fairly safe. Cats are smart enough to not eat poisonous plants and was probably only sniffing it anyway, not eating it ... cats will rarely chew on any plant except grass.

THAT IS POISON!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WILL CAUSE YOUR HAND TO TURN A DEEP RED AND BURN CONSTANTLY!!!!!!  IT TAKES WEEKS TO GO AWAY, AND NO CREAM CAN HELP IT!!!!!!!
