  1. outlook emails are generally stored in a .PST file.  A couple of options.  On your old laptop, do a file search for *.PST.  The default file name is usually something like outlook.pst.  If you find it, copy it to a flash drive.  Then on your new computer search for the pst file.  Copy the old pst file from your flash drive to the same location on your new laptop's file (ie overwrite it).

if you already have emails in your new system you don't want to lose then option B (and probably the best option) is. Go into outlook on your old laptop.  Go to File > Import & Export.

Select the export option and export all your outlook data as a ".pst" file. Save it to a flash drive.

now go to your new laptop and this time to the "Import" option and import your file/data into outlook.

tip: depending on what you're doing with your old laptop, be sure and erase the .pst file from if you're going to be selling/giving it to someone otherwise they'll have access to all your old emails.
