HELP with downloading a map!?

Question

I need to download or see the maps and schedules for the city bus, but my computer doesnt want to show them. I've been trying for hours to get them...can u plz copy them and send them to my e-mail?

They seem to have a problem with their Java program. I can't retrieve images from them either.
