HELP with my major- What can someone do after they study international relations???

hey what can someone BE after they study international relations??? my parents WON'T STOP BUGGING ME ABOUT THAT!!! I really need to know..does anyone know??

go to work for the state dept.

You are in an incredible field. You can work in business development for any multinational company. State Dept or embassies as other posters commented.

If you speak a foreign language, you can write your own ticket.

You can apply for an embassy, for a multinational who needs someone speaking foreign languages, or even work as a translator.

that's what my sister is studying...

she wants to work for the state department

or CIA or something

you could work a a consulate or an embassy.
