HELP with shipping-reply PLease!!!?

Question

Ok i was selling my psp on craiglist and someone from africa wants it.I am selling for 180 and he sends me money through paypal,he sends me $420!!! How do i ship??Its a psp and i am sending from canada.

Can i just go to one of those canada post and get them to wrap it and send to africa?

He said shipping and handling via global express mail service(EMS).

And it says Mail to 23xxx.

Is that even a real address?

Anyways what do i do?

Honestly for something like that your best bet is to go to the local UPS store and get the clerk to give you a hand filling out the proper paperwork.I ship electronics world wide and somedays I go nuts complying with international laws.Seeing it's of low value though all you should need to ship is a nafta cert. and hopefully that is his right address.
