  1. dunk them in hot water for a few minutes then dry on hot setting.

    OR

You can get them altered at a drycleaners or alteration place

  2. When I needed to shrink my (levis jeans are mostly cotton) jeans  I just put them in the wash HOT!, and then dried them HOT!  a few times.

Careful though with really bright colors as they may fade.

I'm 50 years old and have done a few loads of clothes.

  3. yeww shuldd washh demm....

putt demm in dee dryerr for a longg timee...

onlyy dee one of 100% cotton.

    dee otherr...

idkk maybee likee takee itto a placee weree deyy couldd cutt it upp a bitt && makee it yewrr sizee!

    hopee i helpedd!

  4. Option 1. Put it in the washer and dryer. The heat from the dryer will shrink it, (most likely the 100% cotton one will shrink, not sure about the 80/20 one though). However, does your jacket say that it is washable? If not, you could risk ruining your jacket if it is dry-clean only, or hand wash/hang dry only. I would not recommend this option.

Option 2 - this is the best option, bring it away to a seamstress to alter it. They will be able to tailor the jacket to your body, and prices are usually reasonable.
