I ordered two V Festival tickets from Xclusive Ticket and the festival is next week and they are not here!!! What can I do??

  1. no point in ringing them-the phone number has been disconnected. u can contact your credit card company for a refund, email sales@xclusivetickets.com for a refund or wait until friday, when apparently they are going to call everyone and issue a refund/contact number for a refund


  2. Ring them.

    Then contact trading standards, chances are that they have had complaints before.
