How do i do hinges for a knight costume made out of cardboard

  1. Use silver duct tape to cut out hinge-shaped pieces which will hold the cardboard pieces together.  This won't be easy, but it can be done.  You can find duct tape in hardware stores and many other places, including Home Depot.
