HELP!!!!Does AT&T charge land Phones(home/residence) for incoming calls?

i was wondering if at&t is charging my house phone for incoming calls?HELP PLZ!!!!!!!!!

Not likely unless the calls are coming from a jail. Inbound local calling is considered part of your overall telephone package. So to answer your question, no you will not be billed extra for local calling.
