used to exercising? I exercise about an 30-90 min. a day at moderate intensity (jogging, rock climbing etc) and have been pretty active over the last yr. with no weight loss success. I've gained about 5 lbs of muscle but that's not my only goal! I can't eat any less or I will feel fatigued (my diet is VERY healthy already) & I can't exercise anymore or I'll burnout & it'll be too much. And if I stop exercising I'll gain weight. What do I do?!?! SOmetimes I wish I never got so into exercising this last yr b/c I've seen only minimal benefit and lotsa "bulk" rather than lean-ness, despite all my efforts.Btw I'm 5'3 120 and wanna be 110 (don't say i'm fine plz...I was 110 about 6 mnths ago)

  1. Maybe the weight that you gained was muscle!

  2. cut down your protein intake a little and eat more veggies and fruits instead. do mostly toning exercises like yoga and pilates in addition to your jogging

  3. Every body is SOOO different and will react to weight loss attempts in different ways. Talk to a nutritionist or a staff member at your local gym. They will have some helpful tips to suit your body type.

  4. Well I think if you are going to want to lose the ten pounds it might have to be in an unhealthy way, but that's not very good... You could try eating less and just eating more vegetables with your meals.. Just go on a Vege/Chicken Breast diet for awhile..

  5. since you are activ you will peobably need to cut on calories but in a way that can make you feel full. you can do that with an MRP shake that has a lot of vitamins and minerals. that will make you feel full without feeling fatigued. there's a link below if you want to find out about specific natural products
