HELP!If i have Dual citizenship & I want to study at home(UK) 4 Uni.will I b considered International student?

Do i have to pay tution as an international student or just normal tution because I have citizenship in the UK? Do I need to be a 'permanent resident' of the UK to pay regular fee's?

  1. No you will be considered a UK national. My best friend also had dual citizenship but she lived in Uk and meant she was a British national.
