HELPP!!!! I'm very WORRIED! Can two 16-year-olds have s*x in Virginia without getting in trouble?

I have a friend who did it and her hateful uncle (a police officer) is threatening to tell. (whatever that exactly means). Is anyone going to juvi? or is it just frowned upon?

The age of consent in Va is not consistent (some say 15, 16, 18).

Kids, it's just a scare tactic.  He, in some distorted way, is probably just trying to keep the 16 year olds from getting into real trouble, like pregnancy, diseases, etc.  

But honestly, at that age, they should be more worried about getting their drivers license rather than having s*x.
