that is a wide range if you could have narrowed it to her age and how much you are wanting to spend who narrow that range since there is so many things to list...

if you have been friends for yrs and you have pics of you and her or together you could make a scrap book of it all and add little sayings for each pic about the memories of it.

do you remember anything she might have mentioned that she would like to have a while back ...

do something thoughtful- like show up to school with something embarassing for her to carry around, but that will make her feel special:

a huge bouquet of flowers, and balloons, get a really funny singing card, write a sincere note, and then get her something else she would like, like a book, CD, or gift certificate to her favorite place for dessert!

Go to Claire's and see what kind of little stuff you can get on sale or sumpin. Hot Topic has shirts for St. Pats day for like $10.00! Or if she is into music, get a few CD's, or make a special mix!
