HELPP![the good earth by pearl s. buck]?

Question

well... i have JUST been informed that i have to read two books by the end of next week.

i have been given a list of book and the only book there was at the library was the good earth(the second book is on hold) but i will not be able to read it because i have a really really busy schedule.

i will most probably have a test on the book but could someone tell me the details and basic parts? pleaseeee

I haven’t read this novel, but you’ll find a whole range of resources on the Internet to help you with The Good Earth.   Additionally quite a few questions have been asked here on Y!A about the novel so do a search for it in the Yahoo Answers search window and you will find lots of Q’s and A’s that should help you.    Here are a few study guides.
