I need to change my workout routine (weight training), so i was wondering if someone can help me and tell me some workout routines...

I don't really know when or how to change my exercise routine that would benefit me

for example

Monday. biceps , back

Tuesday ............

.........

..........

how often should i change my routine ?

    They are the absolute authority on lifting routines. It is a free online magazine that puts men's health to shame. They have PhDs and strength coaches as regular columnists. Really check it out you won't be disappointed.
