a big patch of tulips with wooden shoes in the middle of them. some tulips kinda leaning over the shoes

bring your decision to an artist with pictures of your flowers and shoes so they can draw it to the proper size and detail for you

There isn't a lot that people on Yahoo Answers can do for you. I'd try going to a local tattoo shop and having an artist there work out something for you. :)
