  1. several regions depending on the cut? which particular kind of the cut did you mean?sirloin or rib or????????

  2. i have a cookbook tht tells me, but not offhand dude

  3. Yes. The cow. lol

  4. Im guessing somewhere in the lower region

  5. probably the thighs and any other body parts where there is most muscle

in mexican traditions we cut of the tounge and the intestines and turn it into soup its horrible in taste and its most likely not healty for you but im not sure

other people love it regardless of race

  6. It depends on the cut.

The most tender and most expensive come from the muscle area that gets the least amount of "work" therefore is tender. This would be like your Filet Mignon which would be the "loin area" just behind the ribs before the rear end.  Other cuts are priced according to grade (quality) and tenderness, (location) so you can imagine a "leg" cut would be tougher than an area along the spine.

Brief anwser, they have entire courses on meat cutting, grading and identification.

  7. idk do i look like i know
