  1. Here you go!  :)

    Ing:

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks

    1 large onion

small piece of fresh ginger, or 1 tsp of ground

    1 clove garlic

    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

1 tsp lemon juice OR 2 tsp plain yogurt

1½ cup flour or chicken coating mix

    1 tsp salt

    water

    Dir:

Blend everything but chicken and flour in blender until fine. Pour over chicken, and marinate for 1 hour.

Mix water with flour until it is the consistency of honey.  Coat marinated chicken with flour mixture. Fry on medium-low until golden brown.

  2. My favorite Pakoras is onion but if you want chicken, you certainly can use this recipe to do it.

    Pakoras

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup chickpea flour

    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

    1/2 teaspoon chili powder

    1/2 teaspoon garam masala

    2 cloves garlic, crushed

    3/4 cup water

1 quart oil for deep frying

    DIRECTIONS

Sift the chickpea flour into a medium bowl. Mix in the coriander, salt, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala and garlic.

Make a well in the center of the flower. Gradually pour the water into the well and mix to form a thick, smooth batter.

Over medium high heat in a large, heavy saucepan, heat the oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).  Coat chicken pieces and fry in the hot oil a few pieces at a time.

  3. this is a good recipe, try it even if it isn't what you're looking for:

4 pieces of boneless thighs or b*****s

    1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano

    1/4 teaspoon of salt

    2 tomatoes(more is good too)

    2 cups onion

    1 garlic clove

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1. wash the chicken and marinate it with the salt

    2. spread the olive oil around a semi-deep pan, on high cook the chicken for about 5 minutes a side

    3. take the chicken off the pan, put it on a plate

    4. add the onions, cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender

    5. add the garlic for about another minute

    6. add the tomatoes and oregano for about five minutes, stirring continuously.

    7. add the chicken, turn to low heat, cover, and let simmer for about 20 minutes.

    8. enjoy!
