Ok i went for a little bit of a hike, well not exactly a hike hike but a good treck upwards
On the way back down, my legs felt really shaky, and i know thats normal, but everytime i put pressure or tried to walk on my right leg, the knee went into seriously bad muscle spasms, like a violent fluttering, and as a result it took me another half an hour to get down because i couldnt walk on that leg, because i would lose my balce and footing because of the shaking
And today, that leg is really musclury sore, im pretty sure thats the lactic acid though
But before the climb, my leg always violently fluttered, when im just sitting down, and i was worryed about it,but the climb just made me wake up a bit more
So whats going on??
Please dont tell me to go to a doctor, i am about to go on a exercise regime to build mucle in the leg to see if that helps, so i just need imput and suggestions
