HGV/PCV drivers cpc exam?

Will all heavy vehicle drivers have to take this stupid revenue raising waterd down cpc c**p or will our Polish,Latvian,Estonian and Romanian brothers be bloody exempt as they are from driving licence and tachograph law.Just another bloody con to s***w money out of the public with a load of "training" gravy trainers along for the ride

I think you will find that you only need take the CPC if you are setting up your own company as someone in the company must have this exam.
