ok ive been looking and seeing alot of stuff about hydroxy or HHO (2 parts hydrogen and 1 part oxygen) ive done some of my own tests with exceptional results!first i built the simple jar set up then i progressed onto a bigger plate set up and now have a tubular set up also with the steel plate and tube set ups ive been able to attach them onto a hose and had a burner on the end with flash back prevention and a bubbler managed to ignite the gas from both my set ups and it does ignite now im looking at putting 1 of these on

a:a m reg 2.5L ford transit van diesel

b:a 1.9 turbo diesel peugot 306

what sort of things do i have to be carefull of and what are the risks of putting 1 of these conversions on?i know the gas emmited is combustable and had minimal steam so what would be the main things to be carefull of?

please no stupid replies im being serious about this and would like actual problems and if possible actual results if anyone has tried and succeded using these systems

  1. Have you gotten the book yet. If you need to check out

  2. There are several things that need to be done to make the most use of the HHO generation. There's more to it then bolting in an HHO generator using 14 volts DC to convert H2O in to HHO. I've read a couple articles that talk about the type of electricity needed to power the HHO generator for best efficiency. Straight 14 volts DC from the electrical system is the worst as it takes more energy then is generated. I think one article said something like a 44k hertz square wave gave the best results. This requires an additional device to achieve (i.e. more money). Plus the O part of HHO tricks the fuel injection system in to thinking there is extra oxygen in the system so it wants to inject more fuel which kind of defeats the reason for the HHO generator in the first place. There is a separate module (even more money) used to modify the signal from the o2 sensor so the computer will lean out the fuel injection. But at what point are you running too lean and are only getting better mileage due to the lean condition (which is harmful to the engine)? The best system for a gas engine would be one that has an engine that runs on HHO only. I think HHO has the most potential on diesel engines as they don't use an 02 sensor.
