I have to hand in a case and have lots of doubts or can't think of any questions to ask. The case is about a woman who is asking for help with her mother who is paralised and really can't take care of her. I need:

- first contact

-questions/answers to find out what the problem is.

- miracle questions/answers that include hypothesis (i haven't got a clue!!)

- questions/answers that confirm our hypothesis.

I need lots of questions and I can only think of 5 or 6. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Thanks

  1. Are you taking a social working class in the university?

Do you have a text book?  If the teacher has not been helpful, look up Social Workers in the Yellow Pages.  Call.  Ask them if they have a standard form.

  2. I have grown up around social workers my whole life and from conclusion here are some questions you should ask.

Ask her how she is feeling. If there is anything she'd like to talk to you about. If there are any particular instances where she felt her mom isn't capable of caring for her. If there is any family in the area she could stay with if the need be. ect

  3. ask her does she feel that after having a break she will be able to help her mother ask her does she want to be in charge of her mothers care or to leave that to where her mother is going as her what she thought would happen from meeting social service

  4. Follow this steps:

    1. send the paralized woman to a hospital if she is still ill.

    2. if she's not ill and just need medication, let her stay at home.

    3. go to the department of social welfare and ask for a certificate of indigency and a social case study report for the paralized woman.

    4. once you got the certificate of indigency and the social case study report for the woman, ask the dept of social welfare to assist you in an institution of people with disability or any institution that helps people with the same cases as you have.

PLEASE, if this woman have a family, let her family do this for her. Teach them. They have to take the responsibility of taking care of the woman.

THOSE WHO REALLY WANTED TO HELP must know how to set aside their feelings and be professional in addressing such problems.

    Goodluck!
