OKAY SO MY COUSIN JUST HAD HER BABY JUST NOW....LIKE RIGHT THIS MOMENT...I AM GOING TO GO AND SEE HER TOMMORROW MORNING....SHE IS REALLY CLOSE TO ME AND I REALLY WANT TO TAKE SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL FOR HER AND HER BABY.....SHE JUST HAD A BOY..I DONT REALLY WANT TO TAKE FLOWERS BECAUSE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IS GOING TO AND SHE MEANS ALOT TO ME SOO ANY OPINIONS ON WHAT I SHOULD TAKE HER.....THANKS...

I can think of a couple things. At Toys r Us, and probably any other store that sells baby stuff, they have a kit that has a little forhead thermometer and some other first aid baby stuff, I dont think most people get that.

Also my mom got me a bamboo plant. I know you said no flowers, but a bamboo plant is a sign of good luck.

YEAH FOR HER! A BASKET OF THINGS HER MOM BATH SOAP, LOTION, A NEW PUFF, POLISH. PRETTIES THIS IS WHAT I DO FOR ALL THE NEW MOMS I KNOW. BECAUSE MYSELF AFTER HAVING ALL 4 OF MY KIDS ALL THE SPIT UP AND DIRTY DIAPERS IT'S NICE TO JUST RELAX EVEN IF IT IS ONLY FOR A FEW MINUTES WHILE YOUR IN THE SHOWER.

Two of my boys became very attached to special blankets they were given at birth--it was one of those "don't leave home without it" items.  They were made by their great-grandma.  One of the boys is still too small to explain who gave it to him/significance, but my oldest (age 10) still thinks of his great-grandma when he sees his and talks about her.
